From my own experience, I’ve encountered it multiple times now that I accidentally tagged someone wrongly, either back in picasa (which was imported to Tonfotos), or now in Tonfotos itself.

I was thinking that maybe it would be possible to highlight the faces with low confidence, which would be accomplished the easiest by allowing to sort by confidence instead of date.
And while I think it would be easy to implement (some other posts suggested that different kinds of sorting are on the backlog?), I see the criticism that it’s quite an edge case, since it wont be needed once resolved, and it’s quite a technical metric.

So maybe a button that opens a window with faces where confidence < xx% (I have no feeling for what a good value would be here) would be a cleaner solution, so then the button could be hidden when there are no such faces.

I could also think of a more complex confirmation process, where

picasa data is not added as confirmed immediately, if the confidence is too low
bulk confirmation is not possible for the faces with low confidence, they are ignored and still wait for manual review
… but that might also be kind of annoying for some 😩
