  • CUDA library not installing

Hi Andrey,
Have just purchased the licence for your great software, but every time I start the app it suggests I download CUDA Libraries as my graphics card is suitable. But when I click on the link, it just goes to your main webpage and nothing else appears to happen.

I have restarted the app (and also the PC) but each time it shows the same message. I also cannot locate any CUDA code loaded on the PC
Version number is 1.11.1, Platform: win32, Arch: x64
Graphics Card: NVidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti

Please can you confirm the download/installation process and where I should be able to find the code?

Thanks, Nigel

This CUDA library is purely optional. It can help during inital scanning phase and can make this scanning faster. After scanning is done it is not really used. If you don’t want to download it (it is roughly 1GB file), you can just tell “don’t offer again” and this popup will not appear anymore. However, if you would like to download it, then download link is on the bottom of the Download section of our web site. Just press this button and download will start:
