Hello, I’m an oldie and don’t know much about computers - now I need help.
I bought a license for Tonfotos two hours ago. Everything started well, the program began scanning the path I specified and even detected the first faces. After about 15 minutes, the program closed on its own. I tried to restart it, but it closes again after about 2 seconds (I tried this several times). I shut down the computer and restarted it, but nothing changed:
the program starts (the interface is displayed, but you can’t click on anything) and closes on its own after about 2 seconds.
I’m using Windows11. I also downloaded and installed the CUDA runtime for Tonfotos, before the program ran for those 15 minutes.
What should I do?

I started the program via cmd and got a log file. Maybe it can help?
The log file seems to be huge; I can “only” see about the last 4500 lines.
