Issues with import

Thanks for adding this noticed it the other day, i moved so many photos to import, i do have the odd thing in some of my photos the date taken is sometimes what i need as the date created can be different so i have been having to manually do through so many photos, do you have any ideas?

gosimon I am afraid I am not sure I understand the issue. Can you please provide all the details - what you do, what you see (with screenshots if possible) and what you expected to see instead.

My screenshot seems to be gone now here it is again, note the folder path the mov files are in the import moved them there yet the date is different .

gosimon Ah, OK, now I understand, thank you. In the current version, when importing video, creation date is not taken from metadata, unlike photos. This is due to some technical difficulties, but we plan to address this in the future versions.

However, you can fix this issue right now by using F6 functons on videos once they are imported. This time they will be moved to correct folder based on date from metadata.
