Tonfotos Window Not Showing

When I start Tonfotos in Windows 11, I can hover over the icon in the TaskBar and it shows a thumbnail of the Tonfotos app. However, I cannot see the window anywhere. I have tried the various “right-click and then maximise” type of solutions for missing windows generally to no avail. I have also disconnected my external monitor (via a hub) and the problem remains, even with only the laptop involved. How can I move or reset the window position of Tonfotos?

I ran the program from the console and was offered some photos to classify as unwanted or assigned to existing people. After Ignoring a couple of sets of photos I assigned the next set to an existing person. Nothing happened from there; i.e. no tonfotos window. I recorded the output from the console in report.txt, as described in the link but apparently, “Uploading files of this type is not allowed” on this website?

Wayne Thank you, this logs helps to rule out some major issues, which is good. Am I right that by “I was offered some photos to classify as unwanted or assigned” you mean that “Do you know this person?” dialog popped up? If that is the case, then it looks like application is fully funcitonal and its main window is actually displayed, but for some reason it is just no on the screen. Can you please tell, how that happened? Did it work before? What has changed when is stopped showing?

Andrey I did some googling on the topic. Appatenly there is Win+Alt+Space combination that would bring up window menu. If you select “Maximize” there, that should help.

Andrew, thanks as always for your prompt reply. I’ve been travelling so just back to my laptop now. Your advice re Win-Alt-Space did the trick, although the timing was a little tricky. All is well now and I am cataloging faces again.
