the app close unexpectedly after few second

Hi,
I have an issue with the app, I can’t use it because of it
I start the app, it starts scanning photos, and then suddenly it gets closed
starting it again or restarting the pc will not solve the issue
it keeps getting closed
I am using Windows 11 with the latest update 23H2

how can I troubleshoot it, is there a log that I can see why it quit?

The best way to troubleshoot in this scenario will be starting application from the command line: https://community.tonfotos.com/d/26-making-debug-logs-in-tonfotos/2 The last lines in the console output will most likely tell the reason for failure. Can you please show the last lines?

so it seems my issue with some dll of the cuda

Could not locate cublasLt64_11.dll. Please make sure it is in your library path!

I will try to reinstall the cuda
