As to email, I see that you are using protonmail as mail provider for your domain. Unfortunately, Yandex bans them on purpose. This is already the second case when my customer can’t communicate with me because of that, I will have to think about backup solution for such cases.
By the way, what other SMTP provided you tried but they did not work?
