Camco The easiest way to permanently transfer a license is to remove application on the first PC and then just activate it on second. In case you already lost access to your first PC you still should go and activate second copy with your serial, but this time procudure will require more steps. All you need to do is just to follow instructions of the program.

I’m afraid that still means you need two licenses. License transfer procedure is meant for permanent transfer of the license.
