Good afternoon. I installed the program on 2 computers, everything is clear on one computer, and a problem has formed on the other. The fact is that I have formed a lot of folders of the same name, it looks like a bug or glitch. I made this conclusion, since the folders were transferred automatically from the Picasa program. How to quickly clean or bypass this error so that the program is without extra folders.

      Yes, of course. Here is a screenshot from the app. But this is not a complete list of this type of folders. It is very long and the same names. I don’t understand how and why they appeared here in such numbers..

      As I can see on the screenshot, you have several duplicates of the same person. Is it what you were referring to as folders?

      If that is the case, I guess something went wrong with import of persons from Picasa. The thing is, Tonfotos can parse picasa.ini files that are stored in your archive and import persons from there. However, something went wrong and import failed. I would suggest you delete tonfotos.ini files from your archive, then remove Tonfotos from Windows (this will clean its database), install it once again and repeat indexing process. After that it should be fine.

      Thanks a lot. I had to fiddle around a bit before it worked out. I’ve been using tonfotos for a while now, tried your suggestion to fix it and voila. Problem solved. I deleted the tonfotos.ini files from the archive and everything returned to normal.
      I really like the program itself, I try to study it.
