Andrey hi,
That’s exactly what I am doing - trying to pick and organize my files. they are a mess, in thousands of subdirectories with 4 different organizational processes.
One thing I can’t do is use the “select all” feature. This does not “Select all” but rather select all in a specific subdirectory. most of my files are individual files within an individual subdirectory (one of the reasons they need a reorg). I’d like to use the folders menu on the left side of the UI to “select all” at a top level instead of in each individual subdirectory.
I can select across multiple directories using shift-click to do so, but the behavior is inconsistent. If I scroll the window “too far” I start getting a new selection instead of expanding the selection I have. Sometimes this scroll distance is one or two folders, sometimes it is hundreds before I get this behavior.
a separate behavior I see with “select all” is that it won’t work at all unless I have a file highlighted in the media viewing area.
So I appear to be stuck doing a few subdirectories at a time, and hoping they work.
anyway, thank you for taking the time to reply.
