Then try to remove that folder from library.
Using File Explorer… (guessing your on windows)
Make a “newfolderA”, and copy 1 picture into the folder..
add this “newfolderA” to library and see if it hangs..
if it does not hang, then while Tonfotos running, you can copy in photos/files into the folder and see which file it gets stuck on.

Also just updated to 1.14.5, and program hangs (“not responding”) almost immediately after opening…

drscott Please install previous version. There seems to be a bug in the latest version only, and it only affects few users. That is why it was not caught during testing. We will definitely work on this.

This is why I would like to have a database backup. So I can just uninstall and “pick up” at an earlier stage easier..
Lets just say you could install the earlier version and re-read the old database. 😄

If it cant wait - and maybe you have to re-read in everything again.. read on:
I have also got errors, but after several restarts it works again.. I think its related to the database.
I have also tried to remove everything and re-read in everything. But that takes a loong time..
Are you sure you did not change any folder name ?
Have you disconnected drive ?
have you selected the NAS or share in “file explorer” if its a network drive, so Tonfotos can get access to the share?
