This is to Donny moths and everyone affected by this hanging issue. I am asking for your help. This bug is very rare and only affects few users, while everything works fine for everyone else, including all our testing PC’s. That makes it incredible difficult to find the bug and fix it. We can mostly guess now, which is not very productive.
However, with your help we can significantly reduce amout of guessing by narrowing down what exactly update introduced this bug. Then we be able to investigate each change in that update. Here’s the list of releases starting from last known good, and up to this point. I would like to ask you to install each one sequentially (from old to new) until you face this problem again and report us starting from which version this problem apears. Don’t uninstall previous version, as this will remove your configuration and database. Just install new one on top.
