I love the app, been looking for something like this for a long while now.
two things that have been bothering me:

1. keyboard navigation and hotkeys in people view: i want to use keyboard instead of clicking the exiting “X”, “V” and “trash” icons.
2. would also like to be able to confirm a “delete” command without mouse.

Basically, i’m asking for better support of keyboard-only use, as this is much easier to do when handling large volumes of images….

Oriel thank you for suggestion. I will look into that.

Oriel as to deleting, that is already working in exising version:

1. Press “Delete” button. Confirmation dialog will pop up
2. Press tab to move focus from “Cancel” to “Delete”
3. Press “Enter” on the keyboard.

That is it.

Hotkeys for other actions will be added in next release.

Oriel choose a picture, then hold shift and press down to select rows, it at some point i press up (to unselect a row), the selection does not go up one line, instead - it selects a row above the person separation line.

Yep, that is intentional, thought might be a little bit counterintuitive at first. This is done avoid additional over-complication of UI. Do you think this is a problem?

Andrey i’m already used to it, but IMO it’s counterintuitive, and i don’t see a scenario where i’d expect pressing “shift-up” when my active selection is on “row 3” it won’t de-select it, but select “row -1”

Oriel I understand. This is a tradeoff. Alternative would be to introduce another concept - “cursor”, which would be different from “currently selected image”, and that would only bee needed in keyboard navigation, but would addd more complexity to UI.

IMO, not worthwhile just for this single usecase, i stopped pressing up during face selection
