Hello Andrey. I have read the other discussions regarding speed issues with Tonfotos but could not find anything that exactly matched my issue. Although I have over 200K images in my archives, the files are spread out among hundreds of folders organized by date and topic so none of the folders are too large. My problem might partially be blamed on a system that is nearly 10 years old. However, I would appreciate any advice on how to speed up Tonfotos during facial tagging. It can sometimes take up to a minute for the interface to go from unresponsive to active again. And this behavior is repeated after almost every attempt I make to interact with Tonfotos. Short of purchasing a new computer, are there any user settings I could change to improve the performance?
FYI - I am running Windows 10, an Intel i7 CPU with 32GB RAM and Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 GPU. Tonfotos is installed on an SSD. Most apps are still pretty snappy.
