First i should say if there is a manual somewhere please direct me to it. I now have a substantial amount of photos with faces that have been recognised, whic is brilliant. If i go to the People tab and look at the gallary associated with a certain person, not the ones waiting for confirmation, is there a way to sort the photos by date or other criteria?

    Unfortunately, there is no user manual, but I am planning to make educational video, as this is the topic that generates lots of questions.

    As to ordering in personal albums, normally faces are sorted by date, starting from most recent ones. However, you should take into account that suggestions mess up with the sorting order a lot. They get added to the beginning for confirmation and then to the end when they are confirmed. Nevertheless, you always can switch to Folder view and then go back to People view in order to restore proper sorting order after it has been messed up by active work with faces.

        mastersian are you sure your images have correct dates? Maybe that is the reason why the are sorted wrongly. You can open FileInfo panel by pressing [ i ] button in the toolbar. When you select photo, first line in the panel will be the image creation date as Tonfotos detects it. Please check it for few faces to make sure they are sorted correctly.

              My apologies Andrey, it appears to be working correctly. think it was to do with some screen grabs off my phone which of course come with new create date, i will keep an eye on it and feedback if I see anything incorrect, thanks for prompt replies
