smjacb Are there any suggestions in the context menu? If not, then program is just rebuilding cache after you closed it unexpectedly. Just give program couple minutes to do it and then suggestions will appear again.
However, if there are suggestions, they are just from different people… Then it is just bad luck for that face. Most of the time it will work fine, but some faces just are to challenging. There is nothing to do about it. It should work fine on other faces though.
