Hello I am having problems with what I believe to be redirect virus within Goole chrome, and after trying various virus/mallard programs with no luck I decided to reset my computer back to factory settings, in order to do so I attempted to save all my files to a separate hard drive files went OK but when it came to photo’s I get messages saying file type not recognised, although its a jpg file and I can view the picture. When I cam to actually looking at the file I discovered that most of the folders had a TONFOTOS icon at the start of the list, which is a bit strange as i at that point never downloaded the program.
I have since downloaded the free version to see if it could sort my transfer problem,but still had the same result, so I unistalled the program hoping it would take all the icon/files off my computer, so at the moment I am stuck with these files. I don’t know if they are causing thre problem but they are an anomaly which I can’t get around , any suggestions would be appreciated thanks
