I have the free version of Tonfotos. I have 10 Named People/Persons; about 55 000 photos and in the last 3 weeks, Tonfotos has been assigning photos to Names which I have been confirming. The 10 People/Persons each have photos assigned varying from 3000 to 9500.
This morning some of the confirmed named photos had disappeared from the named Persons when viewing the Names in the “People” menu. The one name now has 0 photos assigned; another one only has 113 photos assigned. 5 of the 10 named persons had “lost” some of their photos.
Interestingly, when I use Control N to move to the next person for face suggestions, it jumps to the 5 named Persons that have not “lost” any photos.
Also interestingly, when “Right Clicking” on the Names, the option of “Offer less suggestions” is only available for the Names THAT HAVE NOT LOST ANY PHOTOS.
Also interestingly, the Ready Icon only displays next to the People Names that have not lost any photos.
Please help. What do you advise before I try to rework the Scanning and Calculating the Face Suggestions etc.
