Hi Andrey,
Thank you for your reply.
Here is how I have setup my pc to OneDrive for photos. My “Pictures” local folder is set to sync to OneDrive. Every time I add photos to this folder the files get synced to OneDrive. I then right-click and select “Free up space”, which I understand means the files are stored on OneDrive only and only keeps a thumbnail locally There is a cloud icon next to the photo file. So before I added my OneDrive “Pictures” location to Tonfotos, all my photos were set to be on cloud only, they had the cloud icon next to them. As soon as I added the “Pictures” folder as a Library location, Tonfotos started to downloaded each photo to my local drive (I did not initiate anything). Each photo now has a Green tick icon next to it, meaning it is on my local drive as well as on OneDrive.
So, what I wanted to understand is; does Tonfotos need to have every photo locally available to be able to do anything with it, like change metadata, rotate it, etc.
Regards,
