Adding describing text to photos while viewing

Hi, I’m new here.
I have alot of photos, and tried different programs..
I looking for a way for my granny to easily view photos (that have been scanned) on the tv and then pressing a button so she can add describing text to photo. Where its been taken and who’s in the picture. (using gps position is way to hard for granny 🙂)

Is this something that is doable with this software ? Even paying for such a feature would be highly interesting!

Stig Right now we don’t have TV client app for Tonfotos, but this idea pops up from time to time, so we might consider doing it in the future.

However, I am not sure I understand the idea with annotation using TV. How exactly you plan to make your granny enter comments to the photo on TV? Using speach recognition? I don’t think that entering text using remote is reasonable approach.

Hi, sorry for confusing about the TV.
What i’m looking for is a software that elders could use - lets with an easy software understanding. Just click right/left to select the photo on the keyboard, and then by pushing, lets say F5 or similar keyboard they get a popup that they can enter text to describe the photo. This can be stored in the EXIF info and also would be nice in a separate CSV file with filename - description -date/time entered.
Even just adding speech to text - or record voice memo to all the photos would be awesome (no other software i’ve looked has this, and it may be a good booster point for your applications to reach far mor users ;-))

The the TV was just to tell you that I can just connect the software/PC up to the TV screen for easy viewing in full screen. Dont need to develop any TV app 🙂

I would recon alot of people would this software very very usefull - to save memories.
