JimBo Since you got this “old version” message, that means you used very very old version, like two years old. I wonder how this could even happen if you purchased only few months ago? Where did you donwload the application, from some third party site? The best way is to download from our web site, this way we can gurantee that you get most recent version.
Anyway, program was developing very rapidly all those years, that is why some things may look in the new UI not like they used to look back then. Nevertheless, your old database opened sucessfully, that means all previous data was processed. I cannot imagine any reason why some faces (or people?) could disappear. I don’t think that any of the improvements we made thru those years would produce this result. So this must be some sort of bug we are not aware of yet, unfortunately.
In any case, if something like that has happened, I don’t thinkg there is a magic way to revert those changes. The only way forward is not go an add those people back. Sorry for that.
