My keyboard is layout is not QWERTY and the letter I (I for India) is on another key on the keyboard. However, to use CTRL-I to Ignore All Unassigned Faces, I press CTRL plus the “i” of the unmapped QWERTY keyboard. That works. However, pressing CTRL-I as my keyboard is mapped doesn’t work. It seems TonFotos isn’t sensing what characters are being returned but rather what keyboard switch is pressed?
In other words, is TonFotos looking for hardawre keystrokes and not what the keyboard is mapped to? It’s not a big deal, I just need to use the letters of a QWERTY keyboard rather than to what my keyboard is mapped to.
To explain in a different way. I adopted a Dvorak layout to resolve a case of tendinitis. The letter “i” on the Dvorak layout is where the “g” is in Qwerty. What was the letter “i” in Qwerty is the letter “c” in Dvorak. Pressing CTRL-c on my Dvorak keyboard lets me "Ignore All Unassigned Faces.
