Not all folders are being indexed

Hi,
Over the holidays I consolidated all of my photos onto a NAS device. Multiple hard drives multiple backups, etc. Dumped everything into one place. I downloaded Tonfotos and selected the directory where I put everything. I have let the application scan to completion several times now. I have asked it to rescan. I have closed the application and restarted and I have restarted the laptop that has tonfotos on it.

It has found and indexed many of the folders/directories, however it has not “found” everything yet despite having “completed scanning and updating” I “believe” that it says I have 3K photos, although I know I have over 100K photos. Is there a limit to the number of photos in the free version?

Any tricks to get it to recognize other directories?

jonathandgough No, there is no limitation like that in the free version. Looks like some sort of bug, but at the same time hundreds of users are dowloading application every day and we are not drowning in similar requests. So there should be something more to it, I guess. So we need more information to undertsand what is going wrong. I guess logs can help, though I am not sure. Anyway, worth trying.
