I remember reading somewhere in a thread/post on the Tonfotos Community that it is not possible to rotate HEIC images. Those clockwise/anti-cockwise options are “grayed out” with HEIC images. Is the ability to rotate HEIC images a feature that may be possible to implement in future version releases? Thanks so much for this wonderful photo organizing software and the many features it already provides.

    jclay Thank you for your kind words. This feature is definitely thechnically possible, but it does not have high priority so far. Do you have many heic images with wrong orientation? Where do they come from? I am also iPhone user but I don’t think I ever came across a heic file with wrong orientation.

      Andrey…I can’t tell you how frequently I have seen it but yes…I have seen it numerous times in my photo file. All of these photos came from my iPhone. I asked Apple for a link to download all my photo images from iCloud. It was thousands of photos and hundreds of GB’s of data. Some of these photos have an incorrect rotation but the menu item in Tonfotos is grayed out for HEIC images. Thanks.
