Getting a refund ?

What is the process for getting a refund, is there some ‘official’ steps or shall i just void the payment via the bank?

Tonfotos is a great for those it works for, sadly i sit in the linux (Ubuntu) user group where it seldom can be open for longer than 5 seconds before either locking itself up, or slightly less often the whole PC.
After the last complete PC lock up and corrupting my drives in the process it was really the final straw for me .

If you made purchase with PayProGlobal, then you just log in into account and request refund there.

I am a bit confused though with your last statement about corrupting your drives. I am sure this is just incorrdect wording since Tonfotos does not corrupt drives of files systems, it just can’t. I assume you meant that there is something with Tonfotos library locations.
