Program closes after aboout 1 minute

Just started using program and used it for facial recognition on about 50,000 pictures. It never finished scanning the pictures but closes with no notice after about a minute. Windows 10.
Appreciate any suggestions. Tried rebooting–no change.

pmaclell177 Sorry to hear that you are facing this issue. Based on the symptoms, most likely there is some corrupted image in your archive and Tonfotos crashes trying to process it. We can find this file using logs. Here are details how you can turn on logging: https://community.tonfotos.com/d/26-making-debug-logs-in-tonfotos

The last file in the logs before appliction crashes should be the one. If you need my help reading logs - you can send them to support@tonfotos.com

Once you identify this file, I would really appreciate you sending it to me so I can do something about crashes.

Andrey…..based on your comments, I opened the program again and tried to determine if a certain file was causing it to crash during the indexing. I did this about 6-8 more times, and it finally just continued to run properly. I could not identify one file that caused it. it just continued the indexing. It is possible there were several corrupted files that caused it to crash and it moved on after each crash. Its been up for about a day now and working perfectly.

pmaclell177 Thank you for the update. This sound a bit suspicios to me, but anyway I am glad that it is not crashing any more. Something tells me that problems are not usually going away that easy, and we might still see thins crash coming back, as those probematic files are still there in your archive. In any case, if this crashing will be beck again - I am here to help.
