traveller Please let me use an analogy to explain. Imagine you are digging gold from the sand. First you will pick up all largest nuggets, then you will start noticing smaller and smaller, until it will be hard to distingiush grains of gold from the sand itself. Face suggestions work the same way. It will immediately offer you all the best faces that look most similar, then less and less similar, until it will come to low resolution faces, not looking to the camera, and other low quality suggestions. And because of that it will also offer wrong suggestions too, as it becomes incereasingly harder to tell one from another.
However, this is not bad thing. This only means that you are laready marked up majority of good quality images of that person, and now scrapping from the bottom.
