Tonfotos Ubuntu GJS DING process uses max CPU

I am trying Tonfotos because of its face recognition but am impressed with other features too. Unfortunately I am finding that the GJS worker for gnome-shell/extensions/ding@rastersoft.com hits 100% CPU on one core and gradually chews through virtual memory until I either shutdown Tonfotos or memory is exhausted. I wonder if this might be because I have used all the people allowed with the free version and it will not be a problem after a buy a full function version but would like to be sure it is not a bug in my environment. Any thoughts anyone?

Unfortunately, we can’t provide any help about this gjs issue. The ony thing I know for sure, this has nothing to do with free version limitations.

Andrey, thanks for the prompt reply. ‘DING’ refers to ‘Desktop Icons NG’. Does Tonfotos explicitly require DING?
I think Tonfotos uses its own windowing rather than the OS windowing environment, is this true?
If Tonfotos does not need ding, I can probably disable it for further testing.

Gusset Tonfotos is made with electron framework, which is basically a custom version of chrome browser that is responsible for displaying all the UI. I am not sure about full list of depencecies it is using, but I can assume those are pretty standard and low level things. I never heard of DING before, so I guess it is not being used by electron.
