Joel That has been discussed few times already. It is important to actually look at faces you are accept, otherwise accepting false suggestions may decrease suggestions accuracy significantly. Having a button will discourage people from actually looking at faces.
However, there are plenty of keyboard shortcuts you can use to speed up the process. Control+A and the Shift+Enter does the trick.
