Ghosted ( grayed out names )

I have a number of grayed out names in my proples list that are either duplciate namers of known individuals (but do not merge with them) or are not similar to any other names. In all cases there no photos associated with these names. How do I delete these grayed out ghosts from my software.

MelFish This is strange, since names are supposed to be grayed only if you are running on free license. Please check in the About dialog if you are still running licensed version. If not - just enter your serial number once again. Once they are not grayed there should be no issue deleting it.

I am running as fully licensed. There are only a few names that are grayed out on my list. I believe they occur after I merge two or more names ( which works ), however in some cases these dupicate grayed out names remain. I just went to do a screen grab for you and noiticed that all the grayed out names have dissapeared??? I will update this file if they reappear.
