How many devices can I activate with a Personal license?

I have multiple devices (Linux Laptop, Windows PC, Macbook) and I upgrade my devices from time to time (i.e. get a new Linux Laptop and install all my software on there, etc.). Can I activate all these devices with one personal license?

I think, 40$ is a fair price as long as I can use the software on all my computers (not sharing them with other users). But going in with 100$ just to have multiple devices (or n x 40$) is not something I am willing to do. Maybe you could highlight, how this is handled?

iMlpxKMpwQl I’m afraid, application cannot tell if there is just one person using it multiple computers, or those are completely different people. So one license can only be activated on one device at the time, unfortunately.

A related question, so I don’t start a new thread. I have dual boot setup on a single computer, do I need separate licenses for Windows and Linux?

Janusz again, the application has no means to tell if this is the same person using or those are two completely independent installations. So, both copies have to be activated separately and be counted as separate users.
