When I import from my iPhone to a windows machine, only the photo’s are imported and not the video.

    Herman do you have video indexing enabled for your archive?

      Yes I have the first 3 items enabled.

        Herman are video files physically present in your archive after import or they are totally missing?

              Herman After some reasearch, I found out that this is limitation of the WIA technology that Tonfotos is using to access iPhone internal data. Unfortunately, it only supports still images, but not videos. There is more modern API called WPD that was developed to superseed WIA, but it is not yet supported in Tonfotos. As of now, I can’t say any dates when Tonfotos will move to WPD from WIA.

                  Herman Starting from 1.9.9 Tonfotos is able to download videos from smartphones.
