Rename files using dates

I use another tool to rename all my image files to a file name, based on the creation date, like “2023-02-01 14.12.43.jpg” instead of “IMG_24234.jpg”. That way they are all sorted in Windows Explorer even if there are coming from multiple cameras.

It would be cool if Tonfoto could do this.

Maitch thank you for suggestion, though I have my doubts about it, since the purpose of Tonfotos is that you don’t actually need to do things like that and you still get everything sorted in the program interface. However, lets see that other users thing about it.

I really don’t want to be over reliant on certain software doing my sorting for me. I have had to many bad experiences migrating from one service to another.
