Freely resize left panel

I would like it if you could freely resize the left panel with your mouse and that the position is remembered next time you open the program.
There is only a “>>”-button, but it is hidden and the width is fixed. When you close your program and open it again it is forgotten that you wanted it expanded.

Maitch this request pops up from time to time, so it is in the roadmap. Unfortunately, not often enough to move it to the top of the list, so can’t promise any dates.

I had no idea there was a hidden “>>” so I went looking for it, and voila, it’s great.

For other users, hover over the “photos” in the upper left area of the sidebar, and you’ll see three icons pop-up.

Perhaps unhide these icons for a future release.

The fact that this feature is requested from time to time indicates that there is a demand for this feature?
I’m a new user of the app and generally love the interface and its features, but I’m sure like others I organise my photo albums based on dates, so they are sorted automatically.

At the moment, it’s very difficult for me to see the names of the folders.

leonardoa Sure, this is definitely an indication, and it is in the roadmap. It is just there are more important things higher in the list right now. But it is definitely coming.
