Missing photos but only in Tonfotos

I have I have an extensive list of folders in my Tofotos collection.
However, some photos that are actually in the folder are not showing up in tonfotos.
I have told the program to Ignore some low resolution faces has this excluded the photos from the folder?
I don’t mean faces but whole photographs!

No, ignoring faces does not ignore photos. Actually, Tonfotos can’t ignore individual photos, only folders. I am sure those photos are there, but I am not sure how to help to find it as I don’t have enough information about the situation.
