Crashes consitently on first scan

I am trying out the free version, to see if it will work for me. So far, it looks like maybe, but it keeps crashing. Processes some a random number of photos or videos and then just exits. Sometimes it only runs for seconds, other times a few minutes. I was able to get logging running. Sometimes, but not always the last entry is png notdefined.

Any thoughts to help would be great. It looks like this will be easier to manage facial recognition than lightroom, if it works.

3pedal OK, let us start from beginning. I guess you talking about Tonfotos, not TonfotosSync, correct? Then, what is your OS? Did you install CUDA? Can you show the logs? Did you run it from command line, what are the last messages there?

I am running Tonfotos, Windows 11, No CUDA. I am running from the UI, not command line.

3pedal OK, thank you. I believe this kind of crash we will not be able to catch using app logs. Please see how to run the app from console: https://community.tonfotos.com/d/26-making-debug-logs-in-tonfotos/2

In console we will be able to see low level error messages that are not captured in the usual logs.

I have watched the resources on the system, and nothing seems to hang, or go to 100%, memory, processor, disk or network. The drive is an SSD and never works hard. It is a one drive directory, but it does not matter if I let the app request the image get downloaded, or I download them ahead of time.

In that case we need to go a bit more hardcore to get to the bottom of it. Can you please send me the crash dump?
