- If you have a single user license, then it can only be activated on one computer at a time. In order to reset your previous activation, please write email to support at tonfotos.com with your serial number, we will reset activations count for you. After that you will be able to activate it again on a new computer.
- Scanning again is necessary, but this is just one time inconvenience. As to faces, all your edits will be preserved. Tonfotos stores information about people not only in its internal database, but also in .ini files next to the photos. So you don’t need to do anything, this information will be picked up automatically during initial scan.
- Same thing here. The only inconvenience will be is that you will have to wait again for complete rescan, but that is it. After that all people’s faces will reappear in Tonfotos, no need to re-do anything. Just make sure you don’t accidentally delete .ini files when you move your archive.
