Tonfotos,
1) My photos are stored on an external hard drive.
2) Tonfotos app was installed on my old computer which pointed to the external hard drive.
2) I recently purchased a new computer.
3) The store transferred settings and some programs from the old computer to the new computer, but NOT the Tonfotos program, unfortunately. They removed the hard drive from the old computer, gave it to me in case there was something tragically wrong with the new computer. They recycled what was left of the old computer.
4) I am pretty sure I did not uninstall Tonfotos on the old computer since I anticipated that the store would transfer it.
5) I have tried to install Tonfotos on the new computer but get the following errors:

What are my options to get going again with Tonfotos?

skbradsher It looks like the issue has nothing to do with the previous history. For some reason you just can’t install the program on your new PC, I am afraid. And I have no idea why. Literally thousands of other users are istalling it without an issue every week, I can guess there is something wrong with Windows on your new PC, not with Tonfotos. Was that clean install of the Windows or some hacky transfer from once PC to another?

After you will be able to overcome this installation issue, everything else should be easy. Tonfotos has built-in functionality for license transfer, just follow its instructions during activation and your license will be trasnfered to this new PC. Then you will have to wait again for all images to be indexed, but all faces you have assigned will be restored automatically from ini-files that are stored on your external drive.
