It should work, but we can also help 🙂 try this..
Install it. (do not install CUDA for now)
Then remove all the folders from library.
Add a simple folder (with few images) to the library.
Close application.
Open application and add the correct library.
Then open library and remove all face recognition and scanning of video.
Then see if runs.
Then after scanned all files, add face recon and video scan.
