Search engine by years and months

Hello Andrey,
Thank you for this excellent, intuitive and easy-to-use software that I just bought for Christmas.
However, I haven’t seen a search engine by years and months, which would be very useful to me as I have several hundred thousand photos stored and the EXIF data would be a way to sort them by date.
What is the current way to do this other than using folders, which do not indicate the years chronologically?

Have you tried “Events” tab in the application? I guess this is exaclty what you are looking for. Also, I suggest you to check out videos on our YouTube channel, you can learn a lot about the program in very short time this way.

I’ve gone through the videos, and yes these are quite good at getting up to speed on how to nagivate.
Just using search button is nice;
