May I get additional information to detail the statement “Information about the persons in the photo is automatically synchronized between users”

I’ve been very, very pleased with the results of Tonfotos to help me register people in my collection of over 20,000 digital images! I’d like to be able to share these results with my family, but I’d like to understand the capabilities/features that the Family License provides.

I would guess that the other family would have to install the application with your license if you buy a family license.

I am curious to know if family members (registered in a “Family License” are able (in other locations, than on my personal WIFI) , after installing Tonfotos and license it, are able to synchronize with my registration data pointing at my archive of digital images. That, from remote geographic locations, see my registered photos of People, as well as Folder content, Events, Locations, Albums. And would they be able to download photos and execute the “slide show” function remotely.

And would they have the ability to create their own separate registration database, pointing at their digital images archival? Would they be authorized to add “locations to images” for my registration database?

Viking All syncronization of the data is done thru the shared image database, namely using ini and dossier files. https://tonfotos.com/docs/library/setup/#multi-user-collaboration

So if you will manage to establish shared access to your network folder for your remote family members, you will be able to collaborate on the same archive, and all changes will be automatically syncronized among users, regardless they use family license or several independent licenses.

Also, each user will be also able to index thier own separate set of images. However, if you are syncronizing people information using dossier file, all people data will be synhronized, even if some of users do not have access to photos with those people.

Basically, family license is a pack of 5 single licenses that are registered to same email and come with great discount.
