Hello,
I’m using Tonfotos as a replacement for Picasa on Windows 10. The photo files contain Jpg, HEIC, and MOV video files. However, the video doesn’t play during the slideshow; I get the message “Playback is not supported for this media type,” and the slideshow freezes.
What can I do?
