PrimusThe3rd The first one asks if you want to delete file you importing from where it is right now, the second asks if you want to replace existing file with with new one. Hope that makes sense.

Well, both looks like a duplicates to me. On the second one there is no “Delete” option. I mean all in all warnings looks the same… Indeed Warning explanation is quite obvious but still would like some more explanation scenarios… Can both warnings be combined in one warning… with more data of each duplicates (like file size) and which one can be deleted?

Can you please tell what is not clear to you maybe? I’m afraid I am not sure what I can add here apart from just repeating what I already just said…

No, they cannot. They speak about completely different things. First one about file at source localtion, second about files in destination location. I don’t see how those can be combined, I am afraid.

Also, adding some additional data - you are not first to ask about this. However, in this situation specifically that would make things even more difficult to understand, I am afraid. More data - easier to be confused. Anyway, we will probably will still add more data to the second dialog some time later, as people are asking about that.

Ok… thanks. There is still just one simple question in my mind. “Are we in both cases dealing with a duplicates? What is a difference between those two files mentioning in the warning?”

I have in some cases folders with half resized photos but unfortunately they are not renamed… It would be nice to know which file CAN be deleted? I would like to stay in Archive folder the original photo.
Maybe the app could distingush them by size or additional modification date data?
