Hi, in the recent update to 1.13.3 Windows asks me if I wish to allow access to public and private networks. In what direction is the permission? If outgoing (me to public networks) that’s fine. But I don’t want to expose anything of mine to be accessible by strangers (access from public networks).
Can you explain what is this new functionality please?
