Photos that are stored inside Photos library are not supposed to be edited or even viewed directly or with applications like Tonfotos, only with Photos. In some cases this can even be not a complete libray, if it is stored in iCloud, but a local cache of its portion. There is no guarantee that changing anything in those files will not break functionality of Photos or not cause data loss. That is why by defauld Finder does not let you see what is inside this library.
Technically you can change location of folder added to Tonfotos by editing config.json which is stored ~/Library/Application support/tonfotos
(when Tonfotos is completely closed, ofcoure). This way you can try to point it to look inside that folder.
However we cannot accept any responsibility for any side effects this could cause. This is not the indended way to use Tonfotos, so I hope you understand.
