I’m sure this is a question that’s been answered, but my primary aim was to index a large DB of photos and find photos of any particular person. I’d accept some false positives and missing negatives (e.g., poor quality matches).
I’ve gone to the “People” tab and verified over a thousand photos of one particular person and can see the verified images. But it only presents maybe 30-50 ‘suggestions’ for additional images. So there are probably hundreds or thousands more with that same person that I can’t find via the “People” tab.
I realize that even with a reasonably high threshold it will make errors. But it would still be helpful to get a view of all it ‘thinks’ are of that person (e.g., above a certain threshold) from which I could decide (yes or no) for my purposes. As it is, it seems I can’t do what I’m hoping to achieve.
Or am I missing how to do it?
Note: I find it does an excellent job of matching faces. And I have no problem with its level of errors. But since the “People” view misses even high quality images of the person unless I continue to confirm ‘suggestions’, I will never see those on the “People” filter.
