Facial rec in 1.11.8 seems much worse

I upgraded to 1.11.8 and now the facial rec no longer makes suggestions, even for people with 1,000s of reference images. Prior to upgrading, when I clicked a picture with unassigned faces, a right-click on the face would bring up a suggestion, very often a correct suggestion. Now I get no suggestions. In the attached image, I have over 3,000 pictures of that kid, and prior to the upgrade I’m fairly positive it would have offered his name as an option. Now it only suggested the last manual enter I made.

Also, and this may be related, I added a new person to my library by entering his name manually. I know I have 10’s if not 100’s of pictures of him, but none are suggested, and I no longer see the status bar message that it’s looking for new faces, which I would see in prior versions.

ColinGoldstein If there is no suggestions at all that means that recognition cache was lost and program is recreating it again from the database. This is temporary, just give application about 10 minutes, and it will be back to normal.
