Hello I am new to this forum, so hello. Have installed latest version on Windows and trying to scan my NAS drive where all photos are stored, it made a good start but seems to be stuck. Is there a limit on the number of folders or photos Tonfotos can handle?
mastersian no, there are no artificial limits. I guess you just need to give it more time, you can leave it working for a night, for example. Do you happen to have many videos in your archive? Indexing videos takes longer than photos. How big is your archive?
I have approximately 75000 photos and videos, is there a way to automatically exclude video files from scanning?
mastersian unfortunately, no. You can exclude individual folders from index (by context menu in the folders list), but only when they are already in the index.
Starting from 1.1 it is possible to disable video scanning for each source separately.
