I find this software interesting, however can we get it just to scan existing files without importing.i have and extremely large hard drive I gave loaded up tons of Fotos on but need to import. This eats up my system hard drive. I’m also having a tough time trying to import from external drive.i have to dump folder on system then point to folder on system. Is there a work around.

Sgttheardhead Actually, yes, this is the way you supposed to use it. Just go to “Library locations” and add your external drive there. Don’t do import.
