incomplete login attempt telegram, when i do the telegram option. after sending in the and receiving the code.

Incomplete login attempt. Dear Tracer, we detected an attempt to log into your account from a new device on 08/03/2025 at 13:19:33 UTC.
How can we resolve this issue? I have remove all the passwords in telegram still same issue.

mktrilogy I’m afraid, it is not clear from you question and which step it goes wrong. It would help a lot if you would describe your actions step by step.

ok so i add the telegram option for library locations.

I click on login telegram
put my cellphone number.
got my OTP from telegram and input in tonfoto.
4, nothing happens. i check telegram and thats the error i get.
i remove the pincode and still same issue

mktrilogy Do you login from the same region where your mobile number is from? Did you disable 2 factor authentification before that? What you mean by “I remove the pincode”?

yes same as where my pc is login and same region. 2 factor disabled. i have personal local pincode which works per device.

mktrilogy You mean you have pincode in telegram? I think this one should also be turned off, as this is also a second factor, just different one.

Ok i was able to connect it to telegram. but its been 5 days and it only has 1 pic from 1 chat thats all

As to only one photo, is this new photo that was sent to you recently? Did you expect more photos to be downloaded?

what helped was disabled the authentication, and the pincode for pc and cellphone so it can access telegram without hurdles. I expect a lot of photos as we exchange 5 or more photos everyday. also there are private group in which i use telegram as cloud or upload photos there where i have thousands of photos. It did not find that group. Seems we cant control what chat we can add? it randomly add 5 chats that i dont need and channels or chat thats archive. the active ones or not archive wasnt added at all.

mktrilogy Thank you for clarification.

Program does not download photos you post, only photos you receive. That is why you can’t find there your “private cloud.”

As to the rest, program only downloads photos received last 30 days: https://tonfotos.com/docs/library/import-from-telegram/

If you think there still should be more photos, I guess it makes sense to turn on logging and check if there are any errors.

I suggest that the option to download own photo should be an option.

mktrilogy It is much easier to download your own photos using traditiona import from the phone.
